SCECA's members are affiliated with SECA, the Southern Early Childhood Association. Their website is located at www.southernearlychildhood.org. When you join SCECA, the South Carolina Early Childhood Association, you automatically become a member of the regional group, SECA. To access the SECA website, you only need your SECA number ( it is the same as your SCECA number and is written on your membership card). Check out the website for the Carolina Choo Choo Train, www.ridetrains4fun.com. Joe Fuller, a SCECA member, will be happy to bring his train and reading program to your school or center.
