  • CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES TO BE VOTED ON AT THE SCECA BUSINESS MEETING
     
                    During the annual Business Meeting on Saturday, January 30th at the conference, members will be asked to vote on the following changes to the SCECA Constitution. Changes to be voted on are in italics. Explanation of the changes is in [ ].
     
    Article IV- Executive Board
    Section 1. The Executive Board shall consist of the President, President-elect, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, two (2) Members-at-Large, the SECA Representative , the non-voting Executive Director and the non-voting Parliamentarian.
     [Adding the Parliamentarian to the Executive Board .]
    Article V – Board of Directors
                    Section 1. The Board of Directors shall consist of the Executive Board, District Presidents, all committee chairpersons, the Historian
    and the Parliamentarian.
    [Deleting the Parliamentarian from the list because that officer will be a part of the Executive Board.]
