Exhibitor Information
The 2011 Conference Exhibits will be in the new Palisades buiding. Move in day is Thursday, Jan. 27th from noon until 5:00 PM. The Exhibit Hall will be open on Friday, Jan. 28th from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday, Jan. 29th from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM. SCECA will provide lunch for the Exhibitors on Friday.
We have two special events planned for the Exhibit Hall: a Friday afternoon snack break with free popcorn and lemonade and a free continental breakfast on Saturday morning from 7:30-8:30 AM.
The Executive Director will be mailing out Exhibitor packets in August 2010. Put the dates of Jan. 27-29, 2011 on your calendar. Forms to exhibit are now posted.
